The public website sends customers into the existing intake flow. From there, WrenchTime reviews fit, follows up when needed, quotes approved work, and confirms scheduling through the separate backend workflow.

WrenchTime reviews the fit
The request is reviewed for bike type, job scope, location, parts availability, and whether mobile service makes sense.

You receive a quote or follow-up
If more information is needed, you may receive follow-up questions before a quote is created.

Approve the quote and deposit
Approved jobs may require a deposit to hold the appointment slot, cover travel commitment, or secure scheduling.

Choose scheduling preferences
You provide preferred windows. These are not final appointments until WrenchTime confirms.

Appointment is confirmed
The final appointment is confirmed based on route fit, job readiness, availability, and deposit status.

Receive service documentation
When applicable, you receive notes, photos, service summaries, and next-step recommendations after the work.
